Estimates and bookings. A request is only a request. Work is scheduled only when confirmed by Dr Handyman Service through the Assistant or by phone at (305) 360-0342. If a request fails to go through, it has not been booked.
Scope changes. Concealed conditions such as rotted bucks, prior water intrusion or non-standard openings can change scope and price. Any change is discussed with you before work continues.
Permits and inspections. Where required, permitting and inspection responsibilities are stated in writing before materials are ordered.
