Process
Six steps, no surprises
You always know what happens next, who is coming, and what still needs your approval.
- 01
Tell us the openings
Open the Assistant or call. Describe the home, the number of windows or doors, and whether it is a replacement, a repair or a storm-prep assessment.
- 02
On-site measure
A technician measures every opening, checks the buck, stucco and sill condition, and photographs anything that changes the scope.
- 03
Written scope
You receive a scope in plain language: units, configuration, what is repaired versus replaced, permitting responsibilities and realistic timing.
- 04
Order and schedule
Once you approve, units are ordered and the install window is set. You get a date range, then a firm date when material arrives.
- 05
Install day
Openings are protected, old units are removed, new units are set plumb, anchored, flashed and sealed. Interiors are cleaned and debris is hauled off.
- 06
Walkthrough and follow-up
We operate every unit with you, adjust hardware, and stay reachable afterward for inspection scheduling and any adjustment the job needs.
Start with a measure visit
Open the Assistant and we will route your request through central reception, or call and speak with someone directly.
