Handyman in Palm Beach County
Installation, replacement and repair of impact-rated windows, entry doors and sliding glass doors — measured, permitted and finished properly for coastal Florida homes.
Estimates, booking and scheduling all run through our central reception — nothing is confirmed until you hear it confirmed.
One crew for the whole opening — glass, frame, buck, seal and hardware.
Full replacement of single-pane and aging aluminum windows with impact-rated units, properly shimmed, anchored, flashed, and sealed for coastal exposure.
Impact-rated entry, French and side-lite doors set plumb with the correct threshold, weatherstripping and hardware so they seal and swing cleanly.
Two-, three- and four-panel impact sliders for lanais and patios, with fresh tracks and rollers so panels glide instead of fighting you.
Not everything needs replacement. We repair fogged seals, failed balances, broken handles, worn weatherstripping and leaking perimeter caulk.
On-site measurement, opening assessment and honest guidance on what to replace first when the budget is staged over more than one season.
Coastal condo and association work handled with the building's rules in mind — elevator scheduling, quiet hours, protection of common areas.

Open the Assistant or call. Describe the home, the number of windows or doors, and whether it is a replacement, a repair or a storm-prep assessment.
A technician measures every opening, checks the buck, stucco and sill condition, and photographs anything that changes the scope.
You receive a scope in plain language: units, configuration, what is repaired versus replaced, permitting responsibilities and realistic timing.
We protect floors and landscaping, keep the opening weather-safe while we work, and tell you when a repair beats a replacement. If a job needs a permit or an inspection, we say so before anything is ordered.
See the full processImpact windows carry the protection in the window itself — a laminated glass unit in a reinforced frame that stays in the opening. Shutters are added protection you have to deploy before a storm. Many Palm Beach County homeowners move to impact glass so nothing has to be put up or taken down.
A typical single-family home of ten to fifteen openings is usually a two to four day install once materials are on site. Single openings, sliders or a front door are often shorter. Lead time for ordered units is separate from install time, and we tell you both up front.
Window and door replacement is permitted work in Palm Beach County and its municipalities, and inspections apply. We will explain exactly which approvals your specific job requires before anything is ordered — we do not start permitted work informally.
Yes. Bring the approved frame color, glass tint and configuration from your association and we will scope the work to it. If your board still needs documentation, we will tell you what is typically requested so you are not stuck resubmitting.
We do both. Fogged glass, failed balances, worn rollers, broken handles and leaking perimeter caulk are repairs, not replacements. If a repair is the right call, we say so.
You request a visit through the Assistant or by phone. We measure the openings, look at the surrounding wall and buck condition, and give you a written scope. Nothing is ordered or booked until you confirm.
